Not Fully Satisfied? No Problem!
We want you to love your Gia Active purchase! If you encounter any issues with your order and need to initiate a return, please review the following conditions:
Key Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Unworn & Unwashed: All returns must be in unused condition with no signs of wear or washing.
- Stains & Odours: Items marked with any perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other scents cannot be accepted for returns.
- Tags Attached: The original tags must still be attached to the items for a return or exchange to be processed.
- Items Resalable: All items that are returned must be provided in resalable condition!
Store Credit & Exchanges:
- Store credits or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds:
- Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, handling fees will apply for refunds.
Final Sale Items:
- Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for any returns. This includes store credit or exchanges.
